More personally…

I am a crab cake-loving Marylander who plopped down in the Mitten State for my graduate training in 2019. Fun Fact! My graduate journey has been full of full circle moments. I was born in Saginaw, MI, but my family moved by the time I was 3 months old, so getting my degree there was pretty full-circle! And having so much family in North Carolina, I’ve always said I would end up settling here as an adult, and that’s exactly what I did after finishing my training.

In my free time, I love diving into a great YA fantasy series, hanging out with my cat, and spending time with my family.
